Hello, I’m Nora. “Senior Graphic Designer” is my current job title, but that’s only one pixel in the picture: I’m a creative lead and operations specialist with 6+ years of experience spanning interdisciplinary project management, brand storytelling, and program leadership. Problem-solving energizes me. Collaborative work inspires me. Finding unique ways to bring order to complex systems is a joy, especially when it connects people and purpose.

In my career thus far, I’ve successfully applied design thinking strategies to a wide range of initiatives, stewarding mission-driven teams across nonprofit, B2C, and B2B organizations. That’s the highfalutin way of saying I’ve had my hands on just about every operational touchpoint there is: optimizing processes, implementing new ideas, streamlining communication, and facilitating teamwork around shared goals.

While most of my experience has been gained in the field, I did receive additional know-how from Fordham University, where I graduated cum laude in May 2020 with a BA in New Media and Digital Design and a minor in Marketing. I also participated in the AIGA Philadelphia Mentorship Program (2023 Cohort).
